Education: In 2004 Yerlan with honors graduated from Karaganda State University with specialty "jurisprudence". Then Yerlan continued his studies at EA Buketov University and obtained a master's degree of law in 2006.
In the period of 2008-2010 he worked as the chief specialist in the Department for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Karaganda region where controlled over legislation compliance and claims work.
During further work activity Yerlan has been associated with the practice of law in the mineral resources and issues of corporate law, including in the foreign extractive industry companies.
Experience: Yerlan has extensive experience in corporate law, the law on natural monopolies. He has represented many major international and Kazakh companies. Yerlan oversees work in the various legal issues including contract work such as sales contracts, labor relationships, supplies, rent, etc., as well as checking them for compliance with the legislation of Kazakhstan and the interests of customers. Yerlan is a professional in the field of representing interests in the courts, as well as the appeal of inspections by government agencies.
Yerlan participates and speaks at conferences devoted to improving the legal system and has numerous publications.
Yerlan speaks Kazakh, Russian, Turkish, Spanish and English.
